its ok...we dont expect much in the way of respectful or intelligent comments from 'gor-people'.....it is, however, amazing you were able to spell the word 'meh'........you have my permission to take a week's vacation to rest you brain after that expenditure!

ReplyDeleteI share your disdain for Gor: Even the women who are 'free' and are considered in charge, are not really Dommes. There is no acknowledgement of female supremacy in Gor as there is in FF. This is why I would never consider myself a Gorean...

thank you. Gor is just a quirky arcane 'fantasy world' that amazingly promotes yet MORE misogyny...as if the world needs THAT).....on its own it may seem innocent enough to some people. Look closer. Realize it is a world with rape and kidnapping (nonconsensual and criminal behaviors) at it center. Above that, I truly disdain the FACT that Second Life DOES NOT categorize gor/gorean as 'adult'....so any age can access gorean content...in fact, at times you will see gor/gorean content PROMOTED by SL...this is an outrage.....(note that 'femdom' is an adult-rated term in SL but maledoem isnt)......This is an area where Second Life is still sexist and even misogynist.
